Deleting your personal data
Your IP address and the name of your Internet service provider, which we store for security reasons, are deleted after seven days. Moreover, we delete your personal information as soon as the purpose for which it was collected and processed has been fulfilled. Beyond this time period, data storage only takes place to the extent made necessary by the legislation, regulations or other legal provisions to which we are subject in the EU or by legal provisions in third-party countries if these have an appropriate level of data protection. Should it not be possible to delete data in individual cases, the relevant personal data are flagged to restrict their further processing.

Your IP address and the name of your Internet service provider, which we store for security reasons, are deleted after seven days. Beyond this time period, data storage only takes place to the extent made necessary by the legislation, regulations or other legal provisions to which we are subject in the EU or by legal provisions in third-party countries if these have an appropriate level of data protection. Should it not be possible to delete data in individual cases, the relevant personal data are flagged to restrict their further processing.

然而！现实是凶残的，实际调查数据让人大跌眼镜啊！！！下面就切入主题，PS，下文中所有数据均由上海地区的奔驰、宝马、奥迪4S店提供，报价均为官方价格，不含经销商折扣。套餐价也均为汽车厂商官方推出的套餐。
好了 BB完开始干货。

毫无疑问，光看奔驰的保养配件单价和工时费，心塞了，简单加一下理论上需要1842元！但我也说了是理论上，实际上奔驰官方有A保、B保套餐价啊，虽然官方还没有给出GLC的套餐价，但调查时SSSS售后顾问表示可以参考使用相同发动机的奔驰C级的套餐价，也就是说小保958元，大保1245元。最终，奔驰GLC的4年/6万公里售后保养费用约为16632元。
接下来来看看大家普遍公认的老二奥迪。车型为2016款奥迪Q5 40TFSI 进取型（2.0T+四驱）。
奥迪Q5的配件单价和奔驰GLC差别不是很大，但单项工时费却便宜不少，这点看看更换最基础的机油机滤工时费就明白了，正当你以为奥迪保养费要完胜奔驰的时候，当头一棒来了~你会发现Q5上面有个东西叫外置空调滤清器，它每10000公里都要换，内置的空调滤芯每3万公里换一次。奔驰GLC的空调滤清器滤芯也分内外两个，但均未每2万公里换一次。简单说就是，奔驰单价高但换的周期长，奥迪单价略便宜但换的周期短，总价盘下来，两个调查车型尽然也不相上下！！！奥迪Q5给出的4年/6万公里的保养总费用约为16471元！

感谢 @Reakful的指正，奥迪提供的这款5W-40机油为半合成机油，也就是说它的实际成本要低于奔驰GLC和宝马X3所使用的全合成机油！但比较费解的是，我们调查的这家上海SSSS店针对国产Q5只提供这一种半合成机油，无其他升级选择；而进口Q5还有一款壳牌0W-40机油可选。

其实宝马并没有严格意义上的固定保养周期，初始保养周期为每10000公里进行一次，但行车电脑会根据车辆的实际行驶和运作情况，提早或延后保养时间点，并通过行车电脑来提示车主进场保养。宝马厂商和4S店均强烈建议车主根据行车电脑提示信息进行保养。

奥迪Q5的配件单价和奔驰GLC差别不是很大，但单项工时费却便宜不少，这点看看更换最基础的机油机滤工时费就明白了，正当你以为奥迪保养费要完胜奔驰的时候，当头一棒来了~你会发现Q5上面有个东西叫外置空调滤清器，它每10000公里都要换，内置的空调滤芯每3万公里换一次。奔驰GLC的空调滤清器滤芯也分内外两个，但均未每2万公里换一次。简单说就是，奔驰单价高但换的周期长，奥迪单价略便宜但换的周期短，总价盘下来，两个调查车型尽然也不相上下！！！奥迪Q5给出的4年/6万公里的保养总费用约为16471元！

感谢 @Reakful的指正，奥迪提供的这款5W-40机油为半合成机油，也就是说它的实际成本要低于奔驰GLC和宝马X3所使用的全合成机油！但比较费解的是，我们调查的这家上海SSSS店针对国产Q5只提供这一种半合成机油，无其他升级选择；而进口Q5还有一款壳牌0W-40机油可选。

其实宝马并没有严格意义上的固定保养周期，初始保养周期为每10000公里进行一次，但行车电脑会根据车辆的实际行驶和运作情况，提早或延后保养时间点，并通过行车电脑来提示车主进场保养。宝马厂商和4S店均强烈建议车主根据行车电脑提示信息进行保养。
